Gearbox Software and 2K Games have unveiled some incredible collector editions for this year’s anticipated sequel Borderlands 2.  The Deluxe Vault Hunter’s Collector’s Edition and a massive Ultimate Loot Chest Limited Edition will be available for fans to preorder at retailers soon.

The Deluxe Vault Hunter’s Collector’s Edition will include:

- A copy of Borderlands 2
- A bobblehead of Marcus Kincaid
- A hardback art book “Inside the Vault: The Art and Design of Borderlands 2”
- Collectible Stickers
- A map of Pandora
- A downloadable code for a digital comic
- Bonus DLC in-game content

The Ultimate Loot Chest Limited Edition contains:

- All the Deluxe Vault Hunter’s Collector’s Edition contents
- Steelbook case for the game
- an ID Chart for the creatures of Pandora
- lithograph postcard art set
- Field notes from Sir Hammerlock
- A cloth map of Pandora
- A replica (collectible scaled for size) of the Red Loot Chest found in Pandora
- A numbered certificate of authenticity

The Deluxe Vault Hunter’s Collector’s Edition will retail for $99.99 and the Ultimate Loot Chest Limited Edition will cost you a mere $149.99.  Borderlands 2 is scheduled for release on September 18, 2012 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
